You have just gone to bed with a mug of Cocoa.

The phone rings. It's Sarah-Jane's mother again.Her mother tells you that her baby has taken only 2 Oz. of milk all day. She also still has a tickly cough. She would like you to come and see Sarah-Jane.

You recall that you asked her to call if she worsened.

She says that Sarah-Jane has been sick again and doesn't seem quite as alert as before.

You are not impressed.
