Your receptionist rushes into your consulting room. You have been going through the post at the surgery, sipping a cup of tea.
She says that there is a mother shouting in the waiting room that her baby's dead.
You rush into the waiting room and recognise Ruth, Sarah-Jane's mother, whom your partner has been treating for postnatal depression. In her arms is a baby who looks pale, perhaps cyanosed. She is definately not breathing. You take her into the treatment room.
