Having stabilised the airways, breathing and circulation, you have decided to give Lorazepam, 0.1 mg/kg IV. After some difficulty, you site a line and push in the anticonvulsant. You check her Airways, Breathing and Circulation again.

Her observations are stable - saturations in the 90's, HR 175.

5 minutes elapses but she is still fitting, so you give another dose of Lorazepam 0.1 mg/kg. She is still saturating well with a good heart rate, but still continues to fit.
